Our Baby Making Process CONTINUES! Our next step was to see the Therapist and I was SO nervous for this session– I was thinking the whole time “oh my goodness this therapist is going to judge us on whether or not she thinks we’re going to be good parents” and I thought she was going to ask us questions about parenting …. I had no idea what to expect! I was totally wrong. The “therapy” session was very informative and We felt SO good when we left the appointment. I hate that they actually call it “Therapy”… It’s more like an educational appointment.
A lot of people thought that we had to do the therapy appointment because we’re in a same sex relationship and that’s not the case at all! Most clinics suggest that you set up an appointment with a therapist if you’re using a donor of any kind.
