The wife is COMPLETELY obsessed with Christmas and with surprises SO I decided to surprise her with a trip to Santa’s Christmas Tree Forest in Eustis! Before we took a trip out to Eustis from our house (about an hour away) I did some research and all of the reviews said WONDERFUL things about this place.
They have SO much to do at Santa’s Christmas Tree Forest! They have a petting zoo, a concession with amazing kettle cooked popcorn, zip lining, Santa Claus, and of course the most beautiful Christmas tree forest. In the forest you can walk around and pick your own tree! They provide the saw and you cut it down yourself! After you’re done picking the perfect tree and sawing it down yourself … they pack it up for you and send you on your way! We walked around for about an hour and a half just smelling the trees and looking at all of their beauty!
The only thing I was worried about was bringing the tree back to our house… I just pictured all of the memes of people driving their tree home on top of their car on the highway and when they got home it was a bare tree!! BUT we figured it out by putting it inside the car lol. I’m sure I’ll find pine needles in my car for the rest of my life. OH and just so you know… the trees were reasonably priced! They were about the same price (if not cheaper) than the ones at those pop up Christmas tree tents.
This is something I would definitely check out with the family! ALSO they have a pumpkin patch that we are definitely going to check out next fall!
